We have rebranded to CapNet!

We have made the decision to rebrand!

At the beginning of 2020, we made the decision to rebrand from Capital Networks to CapNet.

2020 was a difficult time for everyone. Even a year on, so many people are being forced to work from home and businesses are relying on technology more than ever. Therefore, we made the decision to postpone our announcement whilst we supported all of our customer’s as they adapted to the new technological challenges.

However, as we’ve now managed to adopt the Government guidelines in our office, on site, as well as offering a remote service to many of our customers, we now feel it would be the right time to share some exciting news.

The reason behind our rebrand is simple:

  • You know us as CapNet, you call us CapNet, our website is CapNet

  • We have applied and secures UK trademark for CapNet as well as our new logo

  • Additionally to this, from a design point of view, it’s easier to work with the new logo

You might be wondering how the rebrand affects our new and existing customers. It doesn’t. All our legal entity’s remain the same. Our current customers don’t need to worry about any changes to their contracts. The only thing that has changed is on our behalf, which is our name and logo. For new customers, you don’t need to worry about any changes either because at CapNet, we treat all our customers fairly so you won’t be impacted by the rebrand.

Over the coming weeks/months, we are also hoping to make changes to the way we interact with our customers. We aim to do this by frequently updating our social media pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, as well as updating our website blog on a regular basis. On top of this, we’ll also be sending newsletters, every few weeks, to keep you all updated on the current news and services at CapNet.

As we begin to make these positive steps to keeping in contact with you, as well as sharing our many fantastic services, we’d appreciate any support from our new and existing customers.
